DE LA VEGA

De La Vega is a space for conscious living—where food, movement, and mindful choices come together. We exist to support personal well-being while honoring the earth and the people who grow with us.

Rooted in plant-based cuisine and holistic practices, De La Vega offers more than a meal. Our kitchen celebrates vibrant, nourishing ingredients sourced responsibly and locally whenever possible. Alongside our food, we embrace time-tested wellness traditions that encourage balance, clarity, and renewal.

Everything we create is guided by intention: to restore energy, encourage connection, and inspire a healthier way of living—one that feels good for the body and meaningful for the community. With every visit, De La Vega invites you to slow down, reconnect, and take part in a more thoughtful, sustainable way forward.

We enjoy growing a business as a community of people.

In Every Bite

Every recipe is shaped by time, practice, and memory—hands in the kitchen, notes refined, flavors repeated until they feel right. De La Vega is not about one way of eating, but about care in every choice, and intention in every bite.

Bite More

Plant-Based

Earthy, reassuring, and deeply nourishing. Created from years of working with natural ingredients—nuts, cacao, fruits, and plants—treated with respect, not disguise. These desserts come from learning how food can heal, how simplicity can satisfy, and how kindness to the body never has to feel like sacrifice. Familiar to the heart, gentle on the body.

Vegetarian

Light, calm, and quietly comforting.
Born from everyday rituals—slow mornings, shared tables, and food made without rush.
Using organic eggs, dairy, and fresh produce, this category reflects balance: indulgence without heaviness, sweetness without excess. Desserts you can return to, again and again, at any hour.

Special Diet

Clean, balanced, and empowering. Shaped by long research, trial, and refinement—proof that mindful eating can still feel complete. Here, sweetness is intentional, ingredients are chosen with care, and nothing is added without purpose.
Dessert without guilt, without compromise—quiet confidence on the plate.

Classic & Timeless

Timeless, welcoming, and honest. These are the desserts that began the journey—rooted in memory, repetition, and patience.
Not designed to surprise, but to stay. Comforting flavors made the way they should be: simple, sincere, and meant to linger long after the last bite.

The Philosophy Behind De La Vega

The De La Vega logo was inspired by a moment, not a strategy.

Years ago in New York, walking through the city with my close friend, Oliver Hynek,  we noticed a piece of street art — a parrot painted boldly on a wall. Nearby, the question lingered in the air:

“Has anyone seen De La Vega ?”
We didn’t know the answer then.
But the feeling stayed.

That parrot — vibrant, free, expressive — became a symbol of friendship, shared curiosity, and the longing to create something meaningful together. Street art is temporary by nature, yet emotionally permanent. That idea stayed with us: to make something fleeting feel everlasting.

When De La Vega was born, that memory returned — and became our logo.

While Vega itself represents light and guidance, the parrot brings another layer to our philosophy:

freedom, connection, and the courage to leave a mark — even if quietly.

De La Vega is about:

• Friendship that outlives moments

• Longing that turns into creation

• Freedom of expression, without noise

Just like street art, our food is meant to be felt, not forced.

Made with honesty, care, and heart — something that stays with you, even after it’s gone.

What to do with all this love?

We bake. We serve. We give.
